Job Description: **MISSION** Responsible for supervising, analyzing, and defining advanced technological solutions in collaboration with the Architecture team, driving the implementation of new services that simplify and automate key business processes. This role will also support the IT Risk team by collaborating in the definition of controls and risk mitigation, and facilitate coordination within internal committees and with the Group, promoting integrated technology management aligned with a culture of innovation and excellence. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise, analyze, and define technological solutions in collaboration with Architecture, prioritizing process simplification and automation. * Lead AI initiatives focused on technological modernization and operational efficiency. * Analyze existing processes to identify improvements in IT infrastructure, development, and operations management. * Document and gather process information to standardize working methods and define relevant KPIs. * Evaluate adoption of implemented solutions and design standardization and continuous improvement plans. * Support the IT Risk team in defining controls and mitigating risks associated with processes. * Coordinate and participate in internal committees and with the Group, ensuring alignment of the technology strategy. **PROFILE** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Mathematics. **Experience:** * 8–10 years in IT roles, with a minimum of 3 years in similar positions within multinational environments. **Certifications:** * ITIL and CMMI certifications are desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Quality assurance methodologies (ITIL, CMMI). * Software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps). * DevSecOps tools and technologies for application lifecycle management. * In-depth knowledge of public cloud resources, preferably Azure. * Experience in defining strategic application modernization plans. * Experience in AI applied to process optimization, IT analysis, and automation. * Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, ServiceNow. **Languages:** * English: Advanced. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening ability. * Effective organization and planning. * Ability to lead meetings and facilitate outcomes. * Results-oriented, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
