We are currently seeking to incorporate an Industrial Maintenance Manager onto our team, whose mission will be to guarantee the availability, reliability, and safety of plant machinery and facilities through the execution of preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement maintenance activities. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Execute scheduled maintenance plans for machinery and facilities. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure proper equipment operation. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic failures. * Restore machinery operability in the shortest possible time to minimize production downtime. * Assemble, adjust, and commission new machines and facilities. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications. * Report incidents, recurring failures, and improvement proposals. * Collaborate with the operations department to coordinate interventions. * Minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. * Comply with, and enforce, occupational and industrial safety regulations. * Participate in machinery and process optimization projects. In accordance with our Equality Plan, this job posting has been drafted on the principle of non-discrimination based on gender, and equal treatment and opportunity will be guaranteed throughout the entire selection process. **Requirements:** --------------- * Preferred qualification: Engineering degree; alternatively, minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Electricity and Electronics, or Industrial Automation and Robotics. * Required experience: 2–3 years in industrial machinery maintenance within production environments, including diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic failures. * Training: Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (60 hours), aerial work platform certification, and work-at-height certification. * Desirable: Familiarity with Beckhoff software.
