This role interacts with various teams carrying out projects linked to theirs, as well as planning goals and objectives, determining how they impact the business. * Define the team's objective, ensuring it is aligned with the organization's strategy. * Identify expected short-term and long-term benefits and how programs impact the business. * Plan and define the list of dependent objectives that must be completed to achieve the overall goal. * Outline the essential lines of each project within their team included in each program so that each Project Manager can address their work plan. * Manage strategic tasks to align objectives with strategy. * Analyze benefits considering not only immediate results but also how they contribute to the sustainability and future growth of the business. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics. * Proven experience of **5 to 8 years in Data Management** and in managing and implementing **enterprise-level projects**.
