Key **responsibilities** include: * **Data Governance**: Collaborate on the evolution and consolidation of the Group’s data governance model, ensuring its proper implementation, continuous process improvement, and alignment with corporate standards and principles. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adequate coverage of regulatory and information governance requirements, strengthen the Group’s critical processes, and promote robust and sustainable data management. * **Data Quality**: Foster a culture of quality at source, ensuring data reliability, consistency, and availability from generation through use in analytical and business processes. * **Efficiency and Automation**: Promote process optimization and the incorporation of automation to improve operational efficiency, traceability, and responsiveness of data functions. * **Privacy and Data Protection**: Ensure effective application of privacy and data protection policies across the entire data lifecycle, in close collaboration with compliance and security areas. * **Collaboration and Global Governance**: Coordinate working groups and communities of practice to reinforce cross-functional collaboration, ensure global consistency of the governance model, and foster knowledge sharing across geographies and functions. **About you:** We seek a candidate with a balanced combination of **strategic vision and execution capability**, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, drive structural change, and connect data governance with business acceleration.
