




MONTOSA is a leading European company in the production, importation, ripening, and distribution of avocado, mango, and fresh guacamole. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead a new food project within an established and growing company in Malaga. This person will play a key role in client acquisition and revenue growth, increasing market share in assigned markets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Effectively manage an international client portfolio, open new accounts, and drive growth in assigned areas * In-depth knowledge of the French market with availability for regular client visits and trade show attendance * Analyze sales data, work on forecasts, and monitor sales performance against targets * Identify new opportunities and trends by monitoring shelf space and competition **Profile:** * Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or outstanding sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets * Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels * Demonstrated negotiation skills in retail and wholesale channels * Fluent/native-level French and English, suitable for business negotiations * Successful track record managing major accounts * Business-oriented profile with leadership capability and results-driven mindset **Education:** * Degree in Business Administration / International Trade or related fields * Master’s degree in International Trade / Marketing and Sales or similar **Additional assets:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in international sales within food or fast-moving consumer goods * Prior commercial management experience * Demonstrable experience in developing new international markets **What we offer:** * Strategic project within an established and growing company, with strong prospects in the food sector * A key position with direct impact on the company's international growth * Opportunity to develop new accounts and markets * Collaboration with international teams, working with top-tier clients across Europe If you identify with this opportunity and believe you meet the requirements, don't hesitate to apply—we look forward to hearing from you!
