




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for digital transformation projects, capable of designing communication plans, managing finances, and delivering technology training, with experience in the healthcare and public administration sectors. Job stability and a positive work environment at an agile digital consultancy. **Mission** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Possess knowledge of digital transformation and curiosity/interest in technology. * Be able to design and execute a Communication Plan and related actions within digital transformation projects. * Manage the financial aspects of a project. * Design a training strategy and plan: prepare training sessions, content, and deliver those sessions and workshops. * Collaborate in user-level knowledge creation; be capable of developing training actions: guides, micro-learning capsules, and videos. * Perform planning for technological and cultural transformation projects. * Identify barriers to change and propose action plans. * Manage networks of change agents. * Conduct organizational impact analysis to support system adaptation. * Maintain client communication: participate in follow-up meetings, steering committee presentations, and report generation (tracking, support, barriers, KPIs, etc.). * Proficiently use office tools (Google and Microsoft): presentations, text documents, spreadsheets. * Be able to define change indicators and measure them throughout the project. **Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Commerce and Marketing, or a related field. + Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent; Master’s in Project Management and Change Management or equivalent. + Minimum three years’ experience in organizational transformation and process re-engineering projects in healthcare, serving as Change Management Project Lead. + Minimum three years’ experience in public administration or healthcare sectors, focusing on process-based management and change management strategies in healthcare organizations.
