




A surveying professional is sought to work in Santander. Main tasks will include conducting topographic surveys, carrying out setting-out operations, and supervising construction site control. The role will also involve operating modern surveying equipment, processing and analyzing collected data, and preparing the necessary technical documentation. Responsibilities include performing accurate topographic calculations, ensuring quality control across all processes, and collaborating closely with the construction team to guarantee project success. Solid knowledge of specialized software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MDT, Istram, and Clip is required, along with practical experience using GPS and total stations. Educational requirements range from Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycles in fields such as civil engineering projects, surveying operations, or building and civil engineering, to Bachelor’s Degrees in Technical Surveying Engineering or Geomatics and Surveying Engineering. Official surveying courses with a minimum duration of 600 hours are also acceptable. Having a personal vehicle and completing the 60-hour PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training are valued.
