Responsibilities: * Prepare and assemble pokes, burritos, and other dishes according to brand standards. * Provide customer service at the counter, taking orders and handling payments. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work area. * Handle food in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Restock ingredients and perform basic inventory control. * Collaborate in restaurant organization to deliver fast, high-quality service. Minimum Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, waiter/waitress, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Proactive, organized attitude with eagerness to learn. * Commitment to quality and customer service. * Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
