Tasks to improve residents' well-being and environment We are seeking staff to care for elderly individuals at a residential facility in Alcaudete (Jaén). Main responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities they cannot perform independently—such as hygiene, feeding, or mobility—and promoting their personal and social autonomy. Tasks also include improving residents' well-being and their living environment. A substitute contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Sunday on rotating morning or afternoon shifts. Salary complies with the State Agreement on Dependency. * Qualification: Auxiliary (Nursing, Clinical, Socio-healthcare, or similar), TCAE (Technical Nurse Assistant), or Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Food Handling Certificate. * Minimum 3 months of relevant experience is desirable.
