If any of this resonates with you, let’s talk! **Responsibilities** ---------- We’re looking for someone who can contribute in the following areas: * Check-in/out, billing, cash handling, and support for reservation management. * Serving as the day-shift reference: organizing daily front-desk operations and mentoring reception trainees. * Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments, and acting as liaison with central offices. * Handling guest requests and incidents with warmth and efficiency. **Requirements** -------------- Please consider these requirements before applying: * 2–3 years of experience in hotel reception or face-to-face customer service. * Professional Spanish and English; a third language is a plus. * Tourism or Hospitality education is valued. * Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus. **Benefits** -------------- Here’s what you can expect: * Working here is much more than performing daily tasks.
