We are looking for a **Catering Cook** to join one of our centers at a company in **Vigo**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. * Shift pattern: rotating. * Working days: Monday to Friday. * Salary according to the collective agreement for catering services. * Temporary contract to cover an employee’s sick leave (IT). * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards its employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
