If you have a commercial mindset, an eye for detail, and love helping customers bring their projects to life, this is the place for you! What will be your mission? Your main objective will be to transform our customers’ ideas into real, functional spaces. Your responsibilities will include: Personalized advice: Listen to customers’ needs and propose the best solutions for flooring, wall coverings, and bathroom fixtures. Sales management: Prepare quotations, close sales, and track orders. Showroom maintenance: Ensure our display area remains immaculate and that the latest trends are always visible. Customer loyalty: Build trust-based relationships with both private clients and industry professionals (renovators, architects). What are we looking for in you? We’re not only seeking experience—we’re seeking attitude. However, you’ll earn extra points if: You have prior sales experience in ceramics, sanitary ware, or construction materials (minimum 1\-2 years). Product knowledge: You can clearly explain the difference between porcelain stoneware and white-body tiles without breaking a sweat. Digital skills: You are proficient with management software and, preferably, with 3D design/rendering tools. People skills: You are proactive, empathetic, and strongly customer-oriented.
