We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Ciudad Real, managing a client portfolio across the entire province. This is not a typical sales role—direct engagement with our customers forms the cornerstone of our strategy. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * As an Account Manager, you will visit our clients to understand how we can support them on construction sites, industrial plants, warehouses, and offices. * You will present and demonstrate the industry’s most cutting-edge products, sell our state-of-the-art software, and promote all Hilti products and services. * Our sales approach is consultative—we do not rely on cold calling. * Most importantly, you will build strong client relationships and help them identify the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for their needs. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED? * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer orientation. * Results-driven mindset, ambition, and competitive spirit. * Prior sales experience is preferred. * A university degree in a technical field—e.g., Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines—is desirable. * B2 level English proficiency is an advantage.
