Job Summary: We are seeking a Physiotherapist for a residential care center in Madrid, responsible for person-centered physiotherapy care for older adults and regulatory compliance. Treatment assessment and follow-up We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our socio-healthcare team at our residential care center located in Madrid. Your primary objective, together with the existing team, is to deliver physiotherapy care for older adults, ensuring person-centered attention, full compliance with applicable regulations, as well as monitoring and control of service quality standards. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES \- Carry out prescribed rehabilitation treatments and techniques. \- Participate, when requested, in the center’s multidisciplinary team for conducting assessments or tests related to your professional specialty. \- Monitor and evaluate the application of treatments you perform. \- Understand, assess, report on, and, where necessary, modify the application of treatments within your specialty when external resources are used. \- Be familiar with the resources specific to your specialty within the territorial scope. \- Participate in meetings and working sessions convened at the center. \- Collaborate, within your area of expertise, in training and information programs for families of service users and institutions. \- Advise professionals, as needed, on mobilization protocols and treatments affected by physiotherapy techniques. \- Attend sessions held at centers for treatment review, follow-up, and evaluation. REQUIRED PROFILE **Mandatory:** · Degree in Physiotherapy · Proficient computer skills: management software, text editors, spreadsheets, internet, and email. **Preferred:** · Experience working in senior residential facilities · Familiarity with RESIPLUS management software **Competencies** * High level of proactivity. * Methodical approach. * Organizational ability and capacity to resolve incidents. * Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment. * Flexibility and adaptability to change in performing duties. * High work capacity. * Patience and empathy toward older adults. * Ability to train others.
