We are currently seeking to hire a **Customer Service Specialist** with advanced proficiency in Spanish and English for our team in Valencia. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately explain technical information * B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher level in both Spanish and English * Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and office software * Ability to learn and adapt * Teamwork skills * Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory **Responsibilities** * Providing customer assistance and advice regarding services, configurations, and tariffs * Resolving basic incidents (data errors, configuration issues, or access problems) * Managing inquiries via chat, telephone calls, email, and web forms * Tracking and properly handling requests **Conditions** * Employment contract * Paid training during the probationary period * 22 paid working days of vacation per year * On-site office work * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00) If you meet the requirements and wish to join a stable project within an international company, we would be delighted to receive your application.
