Your mission will be to sell by phone to customers who have already expressed interest—no cold calling. Making and receiving calls to interested customers Identifying needs and converting opportunities into sales Working with clear objectives (KPIs) and full product information Having the support of a marketing agency that generates leads for you. What will make you succeed? Training. No prior sales experience? No problem—we train you from scratch! In-person, selective, and paid training Training schedule: 10:00–16:00 What does Accom offer you? Contract Permanent contract 30-hour weekly work schedule 1 or 2 Saturdays per month in the morning shift, plus one compensatory day off the following week for each Saturday worked. Probation period: 30 days Afternoon shift: 15:00–21:00 Immediate hiring Location New offices in the heart of Málaga Alonso de Palencia Street, 22 Area surrounded by services, shops, and leisure Salary €1,098 gross/month (according to the Contact Center collective agreement) Unlimited commissions How far do you want to go?
