Handling and organizing paper documents **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Technician to support inventory management and archiving of files in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Management of document loans and inquiries in the archive. * Handling and organizing paper documents. * Data entry and verification in computer systems. * Archiving and inventory tasks for documentation. * Light physical work, such as labeling and handling permanent archive boxes and transfer containers. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documentary evidence supporting the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or have at least six months’ experience (professional, academic, or both) relevant to the position offered and/or its functions. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months’ professional experience in document inventorying and/or archiving ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid forklift operator license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * Six months to one year’s professional experience in managing document loans and inquiries in archives (professional experience only) * Six months to one year’s professional experience in document editing and metadata tagging (professional experience only). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * At least seven months’ professional experience in document inventorying and/or archiving (professional experience only). * Proficiency in operating forklifts (to be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last nine months. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
