We are looking for a Level 1 Support Technician to join the Systems Team of a modern, established technology company in Málaga. Your responsibilities will include providing first-level technical support to all company staff on system-related matters, ensuring operational continuity. You will also participate in scheduled on-call telephone duty. Your tasks will cover user support in office, production, and remote environments; identity and access management in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as internal platforms; equipment configuration and maintenance; hardware and software problem diagnosis; and incident logging and reporting. You will also manage procurement of equipment and licenses. We seek candidates with at least 2 years of experience in technical support or systems administration, and vocational training in systems administration. Proficiency in Windows and Linux, Microsoft Office 365 and office productivity tools, microcomputing, and TCP/IP networking is required. Organizational skills, proactivity, customer orientation, and effective communication are highly valued. Availability to perform on-call duties is required.
