Organizes and schedules technical and administrative staff **Company Description** Cubivalsa S.L. is a construction company headquartered in Madrid with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector. **Job Description** * Propose the optimal option for contracting work units and services with suppliers and subcontractors, based on bid analysis; once the proposal is approved, proceed with contracting. * Conduct economic analysis of cost indicator trends for projects under responsibility, verifying alignment with budget. * Provide technical supervision of all work units, maintaining direct contact with the site manager. * Schedule tasks according to project planning, organizing assigned technical and administrative personnel. **Requirements** * Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works Engineering * Planning capability to organize construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently. * Knowledge of materials management and prior experience in managing construction resources. * Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts aligned with project objectives. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD, Presto) and Occupational Risk Prevention. **Conditions** * Permanent full-time contract. * Opportunity to grow within an expanding company.
