When the user or their family members report the user’s temporary absence, notify the involved auxiliary. Enter all changes into Servisad and deliver updated weekly Work Assignments to auxiliaries. Record user and auxiliary absences in the “Coordinator’s Agenda”. * When assigned this responsibility by the SAD Coordinator, manage changes handled by the receptionist (e.g., calls from users made outside the Coordinator’s working hours). Perform a daily review of the document prepared by the receptionist the previous day for this purpose; manage the change as described above; and enter it into Servisad. * Communicate to auxiliaries, prior to service delivery, all relevant details about user-specific characteristics they must know, following information previously received from the Coordinator (e.g., information regarding users with challenging behavior, etc.). * Convey to users and/or their family members any information requested by the Coordinator. * Maintain communication with home care auxiliaries to stay informed about any incidents or emerging needs during service delivery, and promptly inform the Coordinator. **We Offer:** * Morning shift, with alternating remote work days. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Immediate incorporation * 3 extra payments (June, October, and December) **Requirements:** --------------- * Diploma/Degree in Social Work * Minimum 6 months’ experience performing duties identical or similar to those described * Completion of training courses related to the field, as well as complementary training promoting equality, will be considered favorably.
