




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen our Human Resources team, managing payroll processing, employee inquiries, social security matters, employment contracts, tax compliance, and employee support. If you have experience as a Payroll Technician and wish to develop professionally within the HR area of a growing company, we would love to meet you! **What will your responsibilities be?** Payroll Management * Preparation, review, and processing of monthly payrolls. * Correct application of collective bargaining agreements, tax withholdings, and deductions. Incident Management and Control * Registration and tracking of hires, terminations, absences, leave requests, and overtime, ensuring accurate payroll incident recording. Social Security and Contributions * Social insurance management and monthly settlements via the RED System. * Processing of hires, terminations, and modifications. Contractual Management * Drafting of employment contracts, extensions, and addenda, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. Tax Compliance * Calculation and application of IRPF withholdings and preparation of tax forms related to personnel (Models 111 and 190). Employee Support * Resolving employee inquiries regarding payrolls, contracts, social security contributions, and benefits. * Clear and approachable communication with the team. Reporting and Control * Preparation of reports on personnel costs, incidents, and other key indicators, collaborating with the Finance Department. General HR Department Support * Collaboration on administrative and HR management tasks specific to the department. * Support in internal processes as needed (recruitment, training, documentation). **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. * Solid knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social security regulations. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and payroll management software. * Familiarity with various TGSS management and processing platforms: Siltra, SEPE, Sistema Red, Contrat@, Delt@, Casi@, etc. * Organized, rigorous individual with strong attention to detail.
