Summary: This role provides first-line IT support for end-user environments, resolving network, connectivity, and telecommunications issues across European locations. Highlights: 1. Support onboarding, offboarding, and change management processes Role reports to: Manager Technology Support Location: Madrid Contract: Permanent**Purpose** Provide support to the Desktop team by resolving network, connectivity, and telecommunications issues as they arise.
