This position involves the planning, coordination, and comprehensive management of projects aimed at improving industrial and production processes. It requires optimizing existing procedures and designing new methodologies to enhance efficiency and final product quality. Close collaboration with various teams is essential to ensure proper project execution. The role also includes rigorous milestone tracking, budget control, and preparation of technical documentation and progress reports. We require a candidate with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, and a minimum of two years’ experience in project management and industrial process optimization. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, as well as project management frameworks, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer tools is required. Experience in multinational companies and willingness to work in Palencia will be considered advantageous. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum two years’ prior experience in project management and industrial process optimization. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management (PMBOK). Analytical capability and skills for solving complex problems. Communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in computer tools for project management and technical design. Multinational and modern industrial sector experience is desirable.
