We produce semi\-finished copper products and alloys for sectors such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, construction, metal packaging, and the railway industry, among others. **Your role** Guarantee the correct functioning of the organization's IT systems and equipment, providing efficient and service\-oriented technical support to office and production plant users, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing the impact of incidents an the business. **You will be responsaible for:** * Manage incidents and user requests within established SLAs. * Ensure the availability and correct functioning of IT equipment. * Prioritize incidents with direct impact on production. * Correctly escalate complex incidents to higher levels. * Keep the IT asset inventory updated. * Document recurring incidents and contribute to continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies. **What do we look for?** You will rock at this role if you meet the following requirements: Training: * CFGS in ASIX, SMX, DAM or similar. * Microsoft or ITIL certifications are valuable. Experience: * 2\-3 years in technical support or Helpdesk. * Experience in an industrail environment is valuable.
