Job Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Manage and organize site personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring schedules, and ensuring team productivity. * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and risk-free work environment. * Track the construction schedule, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Manage and control the use of materials, machinery, and equipment, optimizing available resources. * Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project team members. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and any other relevant documentation required for project management. * Participate in follow-up meetings with site management and the client. * Resolve issues and make timely, effective decisions in response to on-site contingencies. * Ensure cleanliness and order at the worksite. Qualifications * Higher vocational education degree in Construction, Building, or a related discipline—or equivalent demonstrable experience. * Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience as a Site Supervisor in civil or building construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects. * Solid knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and applicable regulations. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Experience managing work teams and subcontractors. * Advanced knowledge of occupational risk prevention and site safety. * Skills in planning, organization, and problem solving. * Effective communication and leadership abilities. * Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office). * Driver’s license class B is a plus. * Willingness to work in various geographic locations as required by project needs. **Seize the challenge.
