We seek a professional with proven site experience and a passion for construction to participate in high-quality and sustainable building projects. This is an established company in the construction sector, specializing in both public and private building and rehabilitation projects. Based in Zaragoza, they carry out: * Single-family and multi-family residential buildings, including Passivhaus projects. * Industrial warehouses. * Educational, healthcare, and administrative facilities. * Comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation works. * Interior architecture. * Unique and innovative projects. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise daily site execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors on-site. * Ensure safety and compliance with current regulations at all times. * Manage materials, resources, and logistics on-site. * Report progress to the Site Manager and technical management. * Identify and resolve technical issues during execution. * Maintain up-to-date technical and monitoring documentation.
