We are recruiting a **DEPUTY DIRECTOR** for our office in Huesca as part of an orderly succession process for our current Director. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate workloads and projects. * Manage the team, providing technical guidance and enabling their professional development within the firm. * Resolve team conflicts. * Achieve optimal performance at the accounting and tax level. * Lead the most complex accounting and tax cases, applying full technical expertise. * Travel to visit clients of the firm. * Implement and continuously improve the firm’s business strategy. * Introduce profitability analysis measures and monitoring, including variance analysis and implementation of corrective actions for annual budgets. **Do you fit the profile?** * You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. * A minimum of 10 years’ experience in tax and accounting advisory roles is essential—why?
