As a key Business Developer, you will drive our European expansion and build our B2B client portfolio. HM Battery Solutions is a new player based in France, enriched by the expertise of its founding shareholders. This position is for a curious and autonomous commercial profile, ready to participate in the expansion of an innovative activity and to grow within a stimulating environment. **Your day\-to\-day missions:** **Develop commercial activity:** * Identify, prospect, and convert new clients (B2B). * Organize and plan commercial appointments. * Manage a complete sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, delivery, and loyalty building. **Consolidate and structure your portfolio:** * Develop and utilize internal databases to identify new opportunities. * Maintain a lasting relationship of trust with your existing clients through regular and personalized follow\-up. * Support each client in their project, from design to delivery, integrating technical, logistical, and financial aspects. **Ensure follow\-up and performance:** * Monitor client satisfaction and guarantee service quality on each project. * Provide regular reporting on your activity and results to the Commercial Directorate. * Conduct active market, price, and sector trend monitoring to adjust actions taken. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the availability, compliance, and quality of products delivered. Regular travel is expected as part of your duties.
