At Grupo El Castillo, we are launching a selection process to hire an Architect for our headquarters in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante). Would you like to join our team? Your responsibilities would include, among others: * Preparation and handling of Basic and Execution Project drawings. * Integration and development of projects in BIM environments. * Preparation and follow-up of technical documentation at all levels (projects, tenders, and municipal procedures). * Site visits for supervision, data collection, incident control, and coordination with various teams involved in the projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience working in architectural studios and/or construction management. Prior experience in public residential projects, healthcare facilities, and housing will be highly valued. * Construction site knowledge and ability to operate effectively in on-site environments. * Experience handling administrative procedures related to the sector. * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Rendering, and Quantity Surveying. * Personal vehicle required.
