Main responsibilities include: * Managing, analyzing, and maintaining Excel databases for information control and case tracking. * Preparing and updating spreadsheets, reports, and information control using formulas and pivot tables. * Communicating with and processing paperwork for public agencies, managing requests and fees. * Recording, reviewing, and controlling administrative data. * Preparing, controlling, and tracking administrative documentation. * Direct customer service and communication (telephone and digital). * Supporting administrative project management and data entry. * Using SAP to generate notifications and work orders. * Managing and tracking incidents. **What We Offer:** * Temporary replacement contract via ETT (Temporary Work Agency). * Full-time working hours. * Positive work environment and job stability during the replacement period. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar administrative roles. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, data analysis). * Administrative knowledge and experience in document management and procedures with public agencies. * SAP experience is desirable. * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
