




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and accounting support for a Middle Eastern food products company. Key Points: 1. Administrative and accounting support to the team 2. Invoice and delivery note management 3. File and documentation maintenance **Company Activity** We are a company dedicated to the production and distribution of Middle Eastern food products. Currently, our accounting is outsourced; therefore, we are looking for a person to provide administrative and accounting support to our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Sales invoicing * Inputting purchase delivery notes and reviewing prices * Preparing information for month-end closing * Daily review of collections * Operational support to other departments * Maintaining organized, accessible, and up-to-date files and documentation **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Knowledge of **Sage 50** * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual * Proximity to the workplace is an advantage * Immediate availability to start **Conditions** * Part-time position * Salary to be determined according to experience and level Type of position: Half-day, Freelance Salary: €700.00–€900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
