Management of confidential financial information. #### **Your mission** ### **Responsibilities** * **Data Entry and Accounting:** Record financial transactions in the accounting system, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy and correct coding of financial records. * **Maintenance of Financial Records:** Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other supporting documents. * **Reconciliations:** Collaborate on bank statement reconciliations, credit card transaction reconciliations, and vendor account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. * **Accounts Payable:** Process and track supplier invoices, verify payment terms, and assist in preparing payment batches. * **Accounts Receivable:** Monitor customer accounts, generate invoices, and follow up on overdue payments. * **Expense Control:** Assist in recording company expenses, verifying supporting documents, and allocating expenses to appropriate accounts. * **Payroll Support:** Collaborate with the payroll department by providing necessary data for employee payment processing and maintaining related records. * **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies across all transactions and accounting records. * **Administrative Tasks:** Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. * **Communication:** Communicate professionally and promptly with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. * **Document Preparation and Management:** Assist in preparing and formatting various documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access and confidentiality. #### **Your profile** ### **Skills and Requirements** * Impeccable writing and spelling skills in Spanish. * International work experience and a high level of English will be viewed favorably. * A **bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field** is preferred.
