We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with digital marketing knowledge to support our Communications, Marketing, and IT teams within a group of companies in the incentive travel sector (DMC – Destination Management Company) and the management of a golf course. **On\-site in Málaga city**. Contract type: **Permanent**. Schedule: **Full\-time or Part\-time** (to be agreed).
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Design and adaptation of graphic materials: posters, flyers, digital banners, presentations, and corporate assets.
* Design of email signatures and corporate templates.
* Support in creating and laying out newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
* Operational management of social media (planning, posting, and basic monitoring).
* Collaboration with the team to prepare content for campaigns (light copy and image/video).
* Basic support editing and updating websites (WordPress or other CMS).
* Coordination with suppliers and internal departments to ensure proper project execution.
* Task follow\-up, file organization, and brand identity maintenance.
**REQUIREMENTS \& SOFT SKILLS:**
* High level of English (preferably bilingual).
* Creative and proactive profile, eager to learn and bring fresh ideas.
* Ability to combine graphic design with communication and marketing tasks.
* Interest in the tourism \& events sector (DMC) and the golf environment.
* Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once.

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents (Affinity, Canva, Figma).
+ Creation of assets for online and offline; preparation of final artwork.
+ Design of email signatures and corporate templates.

+ Management of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
+ Creation of visual content and basic copywriting.
+ Nice to have: basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

+ HTML/CSS basics for minor design adjustments (expert level not required).
