Job Summary: We are seeking a winery guide to manage and accompany visitors, ensuring an enjoyable experience in Ribeira Sacra and conveying information about the region's history and wine-making processes. Your role as a guide involves managing and accompanying visitors during their tour of the winery facilities. You will act as the primary host, ensuring each person receives high-quality service and enjoys a pleasant stay in the natural setting of Ribeira Sacra. You must convey information about the site's history and production processes, adapting your presentation to different audiences. Prior experience is not required, as you will receive the necessary training to perform this role with full confidence. The contract is temporary and part-time. Daily responsibilities include facilitating tours, answering questions, and coordinating visitor flow across various areas. It is essential to maintain order, care for tasting materials, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Strong public speaking skills, approachable and positive attitude, professional appearance, responsibility, capacity for continuous learning, and residence near or mobility to the Ribeira Sacra area.
