At Quirónsalud, we seek the best professional talent to continue providing differentiated healthcare services distinguished by quality, high specialization, and person-to-person health care. **Job Description** ---------------------------- * Perform **patient transfers** from operating rooms and emergency departments, and from other required areas, ensuring at all times that each patient is accompanied by all necessary clinical documentation. * Assist in **patient restraint or mobilization**, and support patients in all their needs, always complying with requirements set forth by medical and/or nursing staff. * Provide **indirect patient care and support services**, maintaining the clinical care environment in optimal conditions for patient well-being and for the proper functioning of departmental activities. * Promote **effective interdepartmental working relationships**, and collaborate efficiently as a team member to help achieve departmental objectives and goals. * Maintain and respect **appropriate relationships with patients and their families**, supporting the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment. * **Be proactive** in identifying and reporting suggestions, non-conformities, risks, etc., detected in the workplace. Maintain the workplace environment, equipment, and work materials in excellent condition to ensure clinical processes can be carried out correctly. Comply with applicable work procedures and instructions, including occupational safety and health regulations.
