Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Environment business line, is incorporating an Operations Technician into its green area maintenance team in Vigo.**Job Description** **Mission:** You will provide operational support to the Service Manager in the daily management of the assigned green area maintenance contract, ensuring proper execution of work, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination of personnel and suppliers. **Responsibilities:** Supervise fieldwork execution and quality, and report incidents. Monitor occupational risk prevention and verify appropriate use of PPE. Coordinate operational staff, supporting shift scheduling, planning, and daily organization. Manage suppliers and subcontractors: coordination, monitoring, and control of work. Prepare technical and economic studies, measurements, and progress reports. Control documentation and maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and tools. Ensure compliance with quality and environmental procedures. Support client relations, follow-up meetings, and periodic reporting. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** Education in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Forestry, or related fields. Advanced qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within green area maintenance (urban services knowledge is advantageous). Advanced-level CAD/CAM proficiency. Proficiency in Presto,… budgeting databases. Ability to prepare presentations and reports. A Master’s degree in Geographic Information Technologies or ESRI GIS Master’s is desirable. Familiarity with Arbomap and tree valuation according to the Granada Standard is desirable. Advanced ArcGIS knowledge (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap) is desirable. Fluent use of Microsoft 365\. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, and incident management or planning tools is desirable. Strong organizational skills, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement orientation.
