We are seeking a Factory Operator Specialist **in Weighing** to join our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing raw materials, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and traceability standards. Key Responsibilities * Weigh raw materials according to manufacturing orders. * Ensure correct identification, dosing, and recording of each material. * Operation of industrial scales and weighing equipment. * Verification of equipment condition and basic calibration. * Compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. * Preparation and organization of raw materials for the production line. * Control and documentation of performed operations. * Collaboration with the production team to ensure process timing and proper execution. Requirements * Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratories, food industry, chemical industry, or similar fields. * Demonstrable experience in weighing or dosing tasks. * Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or quality regulations (desirable). * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in regulated industries (food, supplements, chemicals, pharmaceuticals). * Forklift operator certification or specific production-related training. * Proficiency in computer systems for data recording.
