Candidates must be committed, responsible, and service-oriented to support and care for dependent individuals in their usual environment. Responsibilities include caring for dependent individuals, supporting basic activities of daily living, providing accompaniment and supervision, as well as assisting with basic domestic tasks related to the service. A temporary contract is offered, with a realistic possibility of transitioning to a permanent position; full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week; rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday; and a positive work environment. * Training in Social-Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistant, Home Care Assistant, or equivalent. * Prior experience in similar roles. * Availability to work in the Antequera area. * Personal vehicle is mandatory. * Empathetic, responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills.
