As a Digital Merchandiser, you will be a key player in the proper execution of the online catalog and CRM strategy, ensuring that products are always active, properly organized, up to date, and conversion-oriented. How will you add value? * Uploading products daily to the Digital channel. * Reviewing and monitoring active stock. * Managing collections, landing pages, and looks within the e-commerce platform. * Coordinating with the Product Department to ensure correct commercial stock levels. * Coordinating with the technology partner to resolve catalog-related bugs. * Monitoring key KPIs: active products, activation times, and error rate. * Executing the CRM plan and automations defined by the company. * Managing segmentation, email campaign dispatches, and reporting. * Supporting the merchandiser in preparing email content. * Analyzing CRM KPIs: open rate, CTR, revenue per email, LTV, and active automations. * Ensuring a high level of order, consistency, and accuracy across all digital processes. What do you need to work with us? * At least 3 years’ experience as a Digital Merchandiser or CRM Specialist in fashion or retail companies. * Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to work error-free in demanding operational environments. * Advanced Excel skills. * Analytical and structured mindset. * Knowledge of CRM and automation tools.
