As Community Manager, you will be responsible for executing, nurturing, and growing the brand’s presence on social media, ensuring consistency, content quality, and authentic connection with our community. How will you add value? * Creating and publishing daily social media content aligned with the brand’s identity and narrative. * Managing and energizing the community: comments, direct messages, and user interaction. * Ensuring tone, style, and messaging consistency across all social channels. * Collaborating on campaign coverage, product launches, events, and photoshoots. * Supporting the adaptation of graphic and audiovisual content for social media. * Identifying trends, formats, and growth opportunities on each platform. * Analyzing key KPIs: reach, engagement, community growth, and generated traffic. * Collaborating with Ecommerce to amplify key campaigns and content. What do you need to work with us? * At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in fashion or retail. * Experience managing aspirational brand social media accounts. * Highly organized, consistent, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and safeguard the brand’s public image. * Strong aesthetic judgment and sensitivity toward visual content. * Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting metrics and results. * Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
