Join our great team as a Receptionist at our Sercotel Rosaleda, located in Malaga, where your main challenges will be: * Welcoming and attending guests, meeting their needs throughout their stay at the hotel and providing them with information about all services offered by the hotel. * Providing support in coordinating actions across all departments, aiming to deliver quality service and experiences that foster customer loyalty and enhance brand reputation. * Monitoring hotel check-ins and check-outs. * Managing new reservations. * Staying informed about activities, news, etc., occurring within the hotel and its surroundings, ensuring effective internal communication and information delivery to guests. * Responding to emails received during the work shift. * Performing cash register reconciliation and invoice audits. * Participating, monitoring, and ensuring, according to job responsibilities, compliance with the Criminal Compliance System. Requirements What do you need to apply? * Completed Degree in Tourism or related studies. * Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in the described position. * Advanced level of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be positively valued. * Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera. * Knowledge of the city's main tourist attractions. * Strong customer orientation and dedication to your work. * Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
