At our 4\*-rated boutique hotel, located in the historic center of Málaga, we seek to hire a **Receptionist** who shares our philosophy of excellence, closeness, and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Welcome and assist our guests with warm, professional, and personalized service. * Manage check\-in, check\-out, and telephone inquiries. * Monitor reservations and coordinate with various hotel departments. * Resolve incidents promptly, empathetically, and with a guest-oriented approach. * Support administrative tasks related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in hotel reception (preferably in 4\*-rated hotels). * High level of **English**; additional languages are valued. * Proficiency in PMS (experience with OfiCloud is an advantage). * Proficiency in channel manager. * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and service-focused attitude. * **Rotating shifts and days off, including night shifts.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 1\.600,00€ per month Work Location: On-site
