




Position Summary: We are seeking a receptionist for a 4-star hotel, responsible for guest service, reservation management, payments, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with other hotel departments We are looking for a receptionist to join a 4-star hotel in Cabranes (Asturias). Main responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, efficiently addressing their questions and issues, and ensuring their stay is as pleasant as possible. Daily responsibilities include check-in and check-out registration, managing incoming reservations via telephone, email, or digital platforms, handling payments and billing, as well as coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overall operations. Familiarity with PMS and channel manager systems is required. Prior experience of at least one or two years in similar roles is preferred, demonstrating organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and proactivity. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. This is a permanent, fixed-term discontinuous position with full-time hours and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
