




**Sagrada Familia Clinic**, a subsidiary of the corporate holding **Echevarne Group**, operating in the healthcare sector and providing services in the fields of care, diagnosis, and prevention, offering each patient personalized, comprehensive, professional, efficient, warm, and close attention, seeks to hire an **administrative assistant (purchasing)**. **Responsibilities:** * Requesting, receiving, and comparing supplier quotations. * Issuing, tracking, and archiving purchase orders. * Coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, incidents, and returns. * Controlling and verifying delivery notes and invoices, ensuring their accurate accounting. * Maintaining and updating supplier and product databases. Requirements: * Candidates should hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Qualification related to finance or healthcare documentation. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in similar roles within healthcare facilities. We offer: * Permanent contract. * Part-time schedule: 4 hours daily, afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. * Salary according to collective agreement, approximately €700/month.
