The main function is to answer calls, manage inquiries and incidents, and record information in internal tools. The position is to cover weekends during the hours of 16:00 to 23:00. Advanced Excel proficiency (beyond user level): essential for swiftly recording, organizing, and retrieving data. Solid general computer skills and speed when working with multiple applications. Fast and accurate typing, capable of typing while attending to the customer. Previous experience in similar roles: sales, administrative assistant, switchboard operator, or customer service. Ability to work under pressure and maintain order during periods of high workload. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Part-time schedule (7 hours \- daily shift) * Gross monthly salary from '477' to '568'
