Your role will be hybrid: **Estimates Technician:** You will analyze projects, break down measurements, optimize resources, and finalize pricing. **Site Manager:** You will execute tasks precisely, from initial planning to final delivery. Estimating and Budgeting Department: * Review of tender documents, technical documentation, and drawings. * Performing measurements and cost breakdowns. * Requesting and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparing detailed and competitive budgets. * Valuations, variations, and technical-economic optimization. Site Management Department: * Planning and site supervision (technical, economic, and scheduling). * Coordination with manufacturers, subcontractors, technical staff, and clients. * Managing procurement, logistics, certifications, and project closures. * Writing technical reports and monitoring deviations. * Comprehensive oversight of health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental compliance. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and site management (retail, hospitality, or contract sectors). * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Availability for national travel.
