Job Description We are looking for a **Quantity Surveyor** to join our technical team, with experience in administrative management of construction projects and proficiency in sector-specific tools. The selected candidate will support the Site Manager and technical team in document management, cost control, and administrative project monitoring. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of budgets and certifications * Use of **Presto** for economic control. * Support in measurements and review of drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Use of **Excel** for reporting and data control. * Control and monitoring of construction costs. * Management of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. * Document management and technical archiving. * Maintenance and asset management using **GMAO / Facility Management**. * Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors Requirements * Minimum of [2–3] years’ experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of **Presto and AutoCAD**. * Experience with **GMAO / Facility Management** systems. * Degree in Administration, Building Construction, Technical Architecture or related field is desirable. * Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team.
