These functions include: Leading daily production throughout the entire process, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction Experience in high-volume kitchens Experience in hot and/or cold catering lines Competently, independently, and responsibly preparing, dressing, and presenting dishes using the most appropriate techniques as specified by the Michelin-starred chef responsible for menu design Completing center records such as traceability, allergens, temperatures, etc. Monitoring the storage and utilization of products provided Collaborating on cost and inventory management, as well as procurement, stock control, and raw material orders Extensive knowledge of HACCP Proficiency in Microsoft Office Team management This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for continuous training.
