Educational background: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, or * Medium Vocational Training Cycle – Administrative Management Technician Main responsibilities * Management and archiving of administrative documentation. * Support in basic accounting and invoicing tasks. * Control and monitoring of suppliers and customers. * Telephone support and email management. * Creation and updating of internal databases and records. * Administrative support to other departments when required. Computer skills: * Microsoft Office suite * Accounting software (knowledge of Sage 200 will be valued) * Invoicing and customer commercial management software (knowledge of Resiplus will be valued) Other knowledge: * Experience in accounting * Invoicing * Document management * Customer service * Supplier interaction and management Skills and aptitudes: * Interpersonal and communication skills * Decision-making ability * Teamwork capability * Information management ability and work commitment * Discretion in handling information * Attention to detail: rigor * Curiosity and learning capacity * Initiative at work Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting from 16\.576,00€ per year Work location: On-site employment
