Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead and supervise the execution of construction projects in **Nerja (Málaga)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Requirements: At least 1 year of prior experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar position. PRL 60 certification (mandatory). Education relevant to the position. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Offer: Contract: Permanent, full-time. Gross Annual Salary: Between 30.000 and 32.000 euros gross, depending on candidate’s experience and suitability. Benefits: Company car. Working hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM (Friday afternoons off). Intensive summer schedule. Friday afternoons off.
